Abstract

Massage has effects on many diseases, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, fibromyositis, chronic fatigue syndrome, back pain, immunodeficiency diseases, arteriosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, spine injury, skin diseases, addiction, the carpal tunnel syndrome and is quite effective in psychotherapy.Massage is extremely simple and easy to learn, and its effect is sometimes even higher than traditional psychotherapy techniques. Based on the author's experience of leading hundreds of intimate massage sessions in Taiwan, it only takes six hours to fully grasp the essentials of massage promoting emotional stability, so it is becoming more and more popular.
