The reason why we select this theme “exploring the rituals issues of Taoist “Zuo Qi” from the perspective of funeral service” is that traditionally, Taoist rituals are mainly chosen for the rituals of “Zuo Qi”. But it is different now, Buddhism become the main choice. To understand the reasons for this change in depth, the main reason is that the rituals of Taoist “Zuo Qi” are becoming more and more formalized. There is its own background in funeral service cognition for this formalization, that is, it is difficult to win people's trust in today's scientific age. Therefore, in order to regain people's confidence in the rituals of Taoist “Zuo Qi”, we think that it is necessary to re-examine this issue from perspective of funeral services. Based on this requirement, we start with why the problem occurs, and re-acquaint the perspective of funeral services. By analyzing literature as well as in-depth interviews, we gather the information. Through exploring the literature and in-depth interview operations, we obtain the relevant content of the rituals of Taoist “Zuo Qi”, and further analyze and explore to find possible solutions. Based on the above results and discussions, we found that the formalization of Taoist "Left Qi" rituals was influenced by the formalization of funeral cognition, customs, and hairstyles, and there would only be operational rituals left. However, the reason for the existence of this Taoist ritual has been around for a long time, and many people do not know the reason. The reason for the operation of this Taoist ritual must be clear. In this way, if we want to restore the effectiveness of the Taoist "Left Qi" ceremony in the future, we must first deeply study the reasons for the existence of this ceremony, readjust the operation mode, and make it produce substantial utility and convenience; to benefit the world; and cultivate Between heaven and earth; endless sustainable development to benefit the world.
