Project implementation results to improve the efficiency of the Blood donation vehicle draw blood workflow and leadership style of chief nurses

Resumen

Safe blood donation is a noble salvager action. The Taiwan Blood Foundation divides three regional blood donation service centers in Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Taichung. In order to close to the donors in the region, cooperate with local civil groups to donate blood activities, enter into a smooth and smooth work guide, survival and consent purposes. Based on knowledge management, form a learning type organization, review the current process, gather the experience of performing ad hoc activities of the first-line nurse team, provide a correct human saving sequence of work, arrange the activity of pooled blood collection, timely education promotion, medical interview, and blood collection implementation. After the completion of the process, the statistics of results, the construction standardization, the inclusion of the internal examiner standard items of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Biomedical Excellence for Safer Transfusion (BEST), through the way of knowledge accumulation and the flow of knowledge, in the donor center organization internal use.
