Investigating the difference of satisfaction and purchase intention with different backgrounds of real estate investors(c)

The financial turmoil and crisis have deeply hit the real estate market and led to a downturn in the market. In particular, real estate investors are the investors who have suffered the most. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the impact of differences in satisfaction and willingness to buy and sell real estate investors in different situations after the financial turmoil and economic downturn in the Greater Taipei area. In thisstudy, the researchers selected the investor background as primary variables to form questionnaires by the factors, including investors’ attitudes towards real estate hedging, factors in purchasing real estate, satisfaction and willingness to purchase, to evaluate the results. Here, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance), Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis are the main analytical tools to analyze the data. The results show that investors of different backgrounds have different satisfaction and willingness to buy. It shows that men, the elderly, married people and investors with higher family income score higher than others. The research results can provide as references and suggestions for real estate practitioners and investors on providing some good ideas for future researchers. Obvious and correct message will let Invest to get more profits, meanwhile, to promote economic prosperity.
